I have incorporated a similar routine at the end of my chest routine. I just put my palms together and squeeze them both together as hard as I can for about 5 sec. I do this when I have a full pump in my chest and it’s easy for me to get a good connection. Results in a great feeling, not only in the gym but also the day after.
Not the same motion as with the fancy equipment you trained on but a good substitute imho.

Nothing beats a ordinary meal, protein bars and powders are last resorts and should only be used if you can’t get enough protein in your current diet or you can’t get a high amount of protein on the go.

@MrRepsie yeh , im eating alot of protien , good foods like brown bread,eggs,beans, i make sure i eat alot , most people when there sick they dont eat. , i’m doing my best.
